Donate to the Burford Tolsey

Thanks to a major fund-raising campaign the Falkland Hall Charity (FHC), purchased and converted a historic barn in the town centre to become our new three-room Community Archive, which opened in November 2022.  The rental income from a small apartment in the building enables the FHC to contribute towards both the Museum and Archive’s running costs. 

 

But the responsibility for raising the funds to purchase the specialist equipment needed to conserve, secure and digitise the museum and archive's collections, (with 24/7 online access), to buy Burford related artefacts or documents, and to meet the balance of our running costs and licenses, rests with the Burford Tolsey.
