Our Services

We offer a range of services

Here is our price list for our Museum and Archive services. We are a charity and only wish to generate enough income to keep the Museum and Archive financially viable. Some prices are POA (Prices on Application). For these, send a note via Contact Us for a quote (include your contact details).

Museum and Archive Talks

£65 for talks for adults at their venue.

At the Archive or Museum £6 per person - minimum of 10 people.

Volunteer led Town Talks

£8 per person.

Group booking POA.

Reminiscence Sessions

£60 per session. If you have restricted funding e.g. lunch clubs, care homes then we can arrange to pay whatever you can reasonably afford.

Loan Boxes for schools

£25 for a 1 week loan.

£55 for a 3 week loan (or £75 with video).

Curatorial Services

Free for up to 30 minutes of our time.

£15 for each additional 30 minutes.

£25 per hour thereafter.

Note that we will endeavour to estimate the potential amount of time required to answer your enquiry and inform you before proceeding.

If used as a BTMA promotion, the fee may be waived at the Curator's discretion.

Price of first broadcast with subsequent repeat price in brackets.

Photography and scanning charges

Scanning - £15 per item

In house photography - £30 per item

All fees are per work to be digitised. Discounts may be given where multiple works need to be scanned or photographed. External photographers may be used if we do not have sufficient staff or equipment to photograph the work in question. Fees for external photographers will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
